AWARD ANNOUNCEMENT
Oct. 01, 2009 — Bonners Ferry, Idaho — Kootenai River Inn Casino & Spa has received a 2009 Best Western Director’s Award, recognizing the resort among the highest performers in quality and care in the Best Western family for the fourth year in a row.
“We’re honored to be recognized again by the Director’s Award,” said Tom Turpin, general manager at Kootenai. “When guests visit Kootenai, they come to understand the level of service and atmosphere provided by our hospitality, housekeeping and maintenance staff, who earn this award every day.”
Formally titled the ‘Best Western Chairwoman’s Award,’ the title recognizes the quality rating received by the Kootenai River Inn Casino & Spa in a nationwide review of Best Western resorts, in which Kootenai scored 991 out of 1000 possible points.
The Best Western “Best of the Best” and “Champion” awards honor member hotels that exemplify the highest levels of service, quality, value and support of our brand. The awards are presented annually to the top performers in the categories of Customer Care, Design, Quality, Best Western Rewards and Public Relations.
