Springs Food & Beverage Supervisor

We’re looking for a strong leader to join our team as The Springs Food & Beverage Supervisor. The Springs Food & Beverage Supervisor is tasked with being able to provide a memorable dining experience for the Guests while maintaining an organized, well-managed team and business, with the ability to develop our employees and develop repeat Guest visits on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

–  Supervising the “front of the house” Springs Restaurant and Lounge

–  Greeting and seating Guests

–  Managing food servers, bussers, bartenders, cocktail servers

–  Ensure quality of product and service 

–  Hours of operation:  Varies

–  Salary dependent on experience

Qualifications

– Restaurant management experience required

– Food-service experience required

– Bartending experience required

– Idaho Food Handlers Permit required

– Customer service skills and experience required

– Ability to lift up to 20 pounds or more at times
