Front Desk Clerk and/or Night Audit

Front Desk Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties including greeting Guests
  • Handle multiple phone lines and phone calls
  • Check in and out approximately 101 guest rooms per day
  • Have the ability to multi-task
  • Capable of sitting and/or standing for long periods of time
  • Great communication skills between Guests and team members
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and hear English
  • Must possess good cognitive skills in the areas of problem solving and reasoning to assist in addressing a wide variety of Guest requests
  • Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for Guest needs with a professional and pleasant manner
  •  Must have good corrected vision to see a computer screen and verify data entries
  •  Must be able to use both hands for heavy amount of phone, filing and typing
  •  May have to lift up to 25 pounds
  •  Must have basic math skills and money handling — be able to settle and refund payments
  •  While a Uniform is provided, a neat, crisp professional office appearance is essential

Night Audit Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to do the Front Desk Duties as described above
  • Must be able to verify other’s work, and correct mistakes
  • Must have the ability to reconcile accounts
  • Must have time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Must have patience in regards to working with others
  • Possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Provide efficient, courteous service to our Guest
  • Convey a calm and organized disposition even when busy
  • Work as part of a team
  • Maintain a “Can do” attitude
